As an indispensable resource, he plays an instrumental role in strategizing Transcon’s new projects, streamlining operations and shaping the company’s future. He devotes most of his time to sustaining and building Transcon’s reputation as a high quality infrastructure company. His dream is to see Transcon emerge as the leading player in its segment and strives single-mindedly to propel the company into its next orbit of growth.

P. Sreedhar Reddy

Sreedhar Reddy is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification. Sreedhar’s passion for entrepreneurship combined with his love for infrastructure, prompted him to associate with Transcon. In today’s fiercely competitive world, where marketing assumes critical importance, Sreedhar’s expertise is invaluable to Transcon. Practical and diligent, his strategy of building long-term business relationships differentiates him as a top-class marketing management professional.

His deep passion for marketing saw him turn entrepreneur to establish his own marketing channel 12 years back. He enjoys a prolific track record. He has been extremely successful with his venture, having promoted sales of diverse engineering products to customers across industry verticals and bagged prestigious contracts from leading corporates.

Madhav Vijjali

Madhav Vijjali is an IT professional with a Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, USA. During an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Madhav has notched up over 15 years of veritable experience as a Senior Management professional. He provides management guidance and contributes his rich experience towards moulding the company. His specialized knowledge and expertise in critical business functions are invaluable to the company’s progress.

Madhav specializes in technical consulting and building strategic partnerships. He is currently with Wissen Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as CEO of the Indian operations and Director of US operations. He excels at developing creative solutions that enhance enterprise performance with proven success in such critical areas as Performance Management Processes, Delivery Execution, Profit Improvement and Cost Reduction.

Surya Kuchimanchi

Surya Kuchimanchi holds a Masters in Engineering and is a founding partner with Transcon Life Spaces. As the driving force behind Transcon Life Spaces, he provides strategic direction to the company.

Surya is a globe trotter residing in New Jersey, USA. He is a highly successful serial entrepreneur, innovator and technocrat; Surya architected and brought to market, the advanced "Medics DocAssistant" product and a suite of eleven specialties which are currently being managed by a team of 170 professionals under his able stewardship from his global office in New Jersey. He continues to innovate. His recent success in running data-centric clinical trials for ROCHE followed by his efforts in building a product, based on the pilot benchmarks, stand testimony to his caliber as an outstanding innovator.

He is the founding member and CIO of LIG Global foundation inc., a designated 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing medical and non medical volunteers to under privileged people around the world.
